Extra Dream is the overseas brand of Wenzhou Oasis Metal Products Factory. Since 2010, our team has developed practical experience in custom metalwork—reviewing artwork, choosing workable processes and carrying approved details through production.
Who we are
Wenzhou Oasis Metal Products Factory manufactures custom medals, badges, challenge and commemorative coins, and functional metal gifts. Extra Dream connects that factory capability with overseas buyers who need clear communication, controlled samples and dependable batch production.
Our path
Metalworking experience, narrowed into a clear specialty.
The factory began in 2010 producing a broad range of metal goods, including medals, badges, trophies, springs and hardware tools. As export orders grew, the team progressively concentrated its experience on products where detail, presentation and meaning matter: medals, pins, commemorative coins and custom metal gifts.
That history helps us look beyond shape alone. We consider how a buyer will approve the design, how an organization will present or distribute the product, and how the recipient will experience its weight, finish, color and packaging.

We explain process limits before the order, do not add arbitrary costs after an unchanged quotation, raise production or timing risks early, and take responsibility for confirmed manufacturing issues.
In-house control
Most key processes are completed inside our facility, giving the team clearer control over handoffs, inspection points and production timing.

Key processes remain close to the team responsible for your order.
Die casting, stamping, polishing, plating, color work, UV printing, epoxy, assembly, inspection and packing are handled in-house. Simple tooling can be made internally; complex tooling is coordinated with specialist mold partners.

Quality is checked before value is added
Problems are easier to control when they are stopped early.
Our inspection flow starts with incoming material and die-cast blanks, then follows each production stage. A first piece is checked for dimensions, appearance and function before batch production is released.

- 01Incoming and blank inspection
Materials, die-cast blanks and accessories are checked; nonconforming pieces are identified and isolated.
- 02First article confirmation
Tooling drawings and approved references are checked before the first piece is confirmed for dimensions, appearance and function.
- 03Checks between processes
Polishing, plating, color, printing and assembly are reviewed at the point where defects can still be contained.
- 04Final and packing inspection
Appearance, text, version, dimensions, function, quantity and packing are checked before release.

Timing varies with artwork, tooling, finish, quantity and approval speed. International transit time is separate.
When something needs attention
We investigate first, then agree on a practical remedy.
If a confirmed manufacturing issue is found after delivery, we review the approved sample, production records and supporting photos or videos with the buyer. Depending on the issue, urgency and agreed order terms, solutions may include replacement pieces, remaking affected goods, credit toward an agreed order or a proportionate refund.
Custom-branded defective goods are handled carefully to protect the buyer’s intellectual property.
